Operations Manual for SDRF Funding Windows

This operations manual's purpose is to describe the governance structure and establish the operating principles, guidelines, and procedures for the day-to-day operations of the funding windows under the SDRF. The original version of this manual was endorsed 4 August 2015; the second version was endorsed 18 July 2017. This iteration has been updated to align with the revised aid architecture, endorsed in June 2020.
